There are a lot of tasks that you can offload to the SAMA team (previously Growth Ops). One of those is the email request.
SAMA has switched to JSM (Jira Service Management) for all requests, replacing the Jotform or SIIT from earlier. JSM will allow you to communicate with the SAMA team and @mention your own team on requests for more efficient communication and request completion, and provide visibility into request statuses.
